These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Grinding Gears and other apps and services operated by Bundle Moose ("we", "us", "our"), including the bundlemoose.com website, the Grinding Gears web and mobile applications, and the api.bundlemoose.com backend (collectively, "the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
The Service does not require you to create an account. If you connect a third-party account (such as Strava), you are responsible for maintaining the security of that account. You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time through the App's Settings.

The App communicates with Bluetooth-enabled cycling trainers. You are responsible for ensuring your trainer is compatible (FTMS protocol) and in safe working condition. We are not responsible for hardware malfunctions, injuries, or damage arising from use of your cycling equipment.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Strava, RevenueCat, and Apple/Google payment systems. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
The Service is a recreational fitness tool, not a medical device. Workout data (power, heart rate, cadence) is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical decisions. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk.
All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with the Service are owned by Bundle Moose or their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission. Workout data you create belongs to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bundle Moose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, injury, or equipment damage. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App and disconnecting any linked accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
